We DO NOT accept exchanges or returns due to each set being 100% handmade and for hygiene reasons.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only allowed during the first 24 hours after purchase. After the 24 hours, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you agree to wait the time it takes to complete your order. 

Please make sure to order the right nail sizes as we do not take any responsibility if the wrong size nails are ordered. Please refer to our sizing guide page for more information.

DISCLAIMER

Slight variations or imperfections may occur due to nails being painted by hand. Gems, decals, and colors may vary slightly since I cannot always have the same stock on hand.  Some products get discontinued after a certain amount of time, but I will try my best to make sure they are as similar as possible to the original set.
