PRESS ON NAILS
How do I know my size?
We have provided a sizing guide for each nail shape and length we offer. Follow along with our measuring guide or sizing tutorial to learn how to measure your nails properly. Please refer to our shape & sizing guide page for more information.
How long do the nails stay on?
Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are with your hands, and your choice of nail adhesive. With nail tabs, you can wear the nails for 1-3 days. With nail glue, the nails can last between 2-3 weeks when cared for correctly. We include detailed application and removal instructions with every nail set order.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes, the nails can easily be reused when applied using nail tabs. The sticky adhesive from the nail tabs can be removed with soap and water or by gently rubbing off the glue with a small amount of acetone on a cotton swab.
For those that prefer nail glue, I would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file or nail drill. It will help buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails and extend your wear time.
What’s your processing/creation time?
STANDARD MADE TO ORDER: Our processing time is 3-5 business days. Each nail set order is hand painted and packaged by me so it takes time to complete your order. If you choose to upgrade your order to a full set of 24 nails, processing time will be extended up to 10 business days.
*CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER: Our processing time is 1-2 weeks excluding weekends & holidays. *Please note that we need extra time to create your design therefore processing time can be extended up to 3 weeks if needed.
**Can be processed sooner depending upon the influx of orders. Please understand that we try our best to fulfill orders as fast as we can without sacrificing quality, thank you.
What comes with my nail purchase?
All full nail set purchases come with a set of 10 hand painted nails and a nail prep kit (includes a mini nail file, a mini nail buffer, a wooden cuticle stick, 2 alcohol wipes, 1 nail glue, and 1 sheet of 24 adhesive nail tabs). All nails sets are packaged in a gift box along with detailed instructions on how to apply and remove your press on nails.
A full nail set of 24 nails also comes packaged in a gift box with a nail prep kit and detailed instructions on how to apply and remove your press on nails.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! If you have something in mind or would like us to recreate a design, please contact me first so we can discuss your ideas. Once we've spoken I will let you know which option to select on our “custom made to order” option in the shop.
All custom order requests must be emailed to shop@outclawed.com.
*Please note that for custom orders, we need extra time to create your design therefore processing time can be extended up to 3 weeks.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we do! Typically standard orders are processed in 3-5 business days within the order they are received. However, if you add "rush order" to your nails purchase, your order will be treated as first priority so it is processed and shipped within 2 business days.
*NOTE: We only accept a limited number of rush orders per week. Rush order requests DO NOT apply to shipping costs. If you need your order to ship fast, expedited shipping can be selected in the shipping section at checkout. Shipping prices are set and based off USPS shipping.
*IMPORTANT: Due to the fact that your sets will be created immediately, rush orders CANNOT be canceled. *Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items due to the nature of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only allowed during the first 24 hours after purchase. After the 24 hours, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you agree to wait the time it takes to complete your order.
Can I return my order?
We DO NOT accept exchanges or returns due to each set being 100% handmade and for hygiene reasons.
We do our best to ensure each of our customers receive beautiful, high-quality custom made press-on nails. If your order is damaged or you are not happy with your order, please reach out to us by emailing your concerns to shop@outclawed.com.
SHIPPING
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days after they’ve been created/processed.
*Please note that orders are shipped after they’ve been created/processed. How fast you receive your order once it has been shipped out is completely dependent on the USPS's shpping and delivery times.
**IMPORTANT: During holiday seasons the USPS may experience delays in shipping and delivery. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before the holidays during these time periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for U.S. orders over $65.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes, you can select the expedited shipping option at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we ONLY ship to the United States. *Please note that shipping and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
